Shipping policy

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
  • If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few additional days. In case of significant delays, we will notify you via email.

Shipping Methods and Costs

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Express Shipping (2-3 business days) 
  • International Shipping (7-15 business days)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or customs processing for international shipments.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor your package.
  • You can track your order on the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for lost packages caused by the shipping carrier, but we will do our best to assist you in resolving any issues.
  • If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier before reaching out to us.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect addresses.
  • If you realize there is an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible at vonela.tx@gmail.com so we can attempt to correct it before shipment.

International Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees in their country.
  • We cannot control customs processing times, so international shipments may take longer than estimated.

Damaged or Shipping Issues

If your order arrives damaged or there is a shipping-related issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and provide photos of the package and product at vonela.tx@gmail.com so we can assess a possible solution.
